roasOS inc. ("roasOS", "we", "us", or "our") operates the roasOS platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the platform, including features used, generation settings, timestamps, and device or browser information.
• Generated content metadata — metadata associated with content you create (e.g. model used, resolution, generation parameters). We do not use the content itself for training purposes.
• Payment information — billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

• To send transactional communications (e.g. account confirmations, billing receipts, and service updates).

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — for authentication and database services.
• Stripe (via Autumn) — for payment processing and subscription billing.
• AI model providers — we send prompts and parameters to third-party AI model providers to generate content on your behalf. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We encourage you to review those policies.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. The platform does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data.

7. GDPR & CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the CCPA to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

roasOS is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
